Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Data Analyst and BI Developer to join our team! In this role you will get to participate in developing new technologydriven initiatives.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Design develop and maintain BI reports dashboards and data models to meet business requirements.
- Write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various databases and sources.
- Develop and optimize DAX expressions for calculations and measures within Power BI reports.
- Utilize Python programming skills to enhance data analytics capabilities and integrate with BI solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in BI SQL DAX Python and machine learning technologies.
What Required Skills Youll Bring:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of handson experience as a BI Developer Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and optimizing database performance.
- Expertise in developing DAX expressions for data modeling and analysis in BI environments. Knowledge of Python programming.
What Desired Skills Youll Bring:
- Knowledge of machine learning concepts and experience applying them to realworld scenarios.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform suite including Power Apps and Power Automate is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in BI SQL Python or machine learning are desirable but not mandatory.
