Job Description

  • Extensive experience as a quota carrying technology field sales individual and working with large Enterprises
  • Proven track record selling transformational projects and solutions
  • Experience increasing technology adoption and creating long term transformational account strategies
  • Experience working with and presenting to Clevel executives IT and other lines of business
  • Demonstrated success in identifying developing negotiating and closing largescale technology projects to Enterprise Customers

As an Enterprise Account Manager you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of an emerging technology. Your responsibilities will include driving revenue adoption and market penetration in enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate will possess both a sales and technical background that enables them to drive an engagement at the CXO level as well as with software developers and IT architects. You should also be a selfstarter who is prepared to develop and execute against a territory coverage plan and consistently deliver on annual revenue targets.

AWS Sales Marketing and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue adoption and growth from the largest and fastest growing small and midmarket accounts to enterpriselevel customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that worldclass support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building missioncritical applications on top of AWS services.

Key job responsibilities
  • Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory or industry vertical
  • Meet or exceed annual revenue targets
  • Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan
  • Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services
  • Accelerate customer adoption
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Work with extended teams and partners to extend reach & drive adoption
  • Manage contract negotiations
  • Develop longterm strategic relationships with key accounts
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Expect moderate travel
