Were delighted to be partnering with a growing European cloudbased SaaS company designing outstanding products and services for the banking finance and insurance markets. Theyve recently established a footprint in the Gulf region and have won their first major sale. Therefore to build in this they would like to recruit a local Business Development Manager/Director in the region to open up new clients in these markets.
You will have a successful track record of full lifecycle business development from initial approach through to getting client signoff. Theyre looking for someone with a minimum of 7 years successfully developing business and you will need to demonstrate this success and how you achieved it throughout the selection process. The role will report straight into the Chief Revenue Officer and is considered a key hire by the company.
You will obviously have to have experience of selling cloudbased products and services into the banking/finance and/or insurance industries locally and you will come with a full "Rolladex" of relevant contacts.
The successful candidate will likely be an Emirati citizen who speaks fluent English and Arabic (which is essential). Candidates who are in other locations in the Gulf with citizenship or work permits allowing them to work unrestricted (and speak fluent English and Arabic) may also be considered.
Package (base OTE) is open to negotiation according to billings and experience.
