Job Description
Our client a wellknown Events Organization in Abu Dhabi is currently looking for a Business Development & Sponsorship Coordinator.
In this role you will primarily be responsible for introducing the organization s activities identifying other companies that can provide funding for the organization s activities negotiating the commercial contract of the sponsorship and ensuring that all partnered sponsorship arrangements are fulfilled.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to increase revenue and profitability.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential sponsors partners and donors.
- Negotiate sponsorship and partnership agreements.
- Develop and execute marketing and promotional campaigns to increase sponsor and partner visibility.
- Manage and track sponsorships and partnerships to ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to create effective sponsorship and partnership programs.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness and ROI of sponsorship and partnership programs.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field
- 3 years of experience in business development sponsorship sales or related field
- Willing to work and be based in Abu Dhabi
- Willing to work for long working hours; including weekends when needed.
- Strong communication negotiation and networking skills
- Demonstrated track record of generating revenue through sponsorships and partnerships.
- Experience with project management and event planning.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
