Business Development Sponsorship Coordinator

Our client a wellknown Events Organization in Abu Dhabi is currently looking for a Business Development & Sponsorship Coordinator.

In this role you will primarily be responsible for introducing the organization s activities identifying other companies that can provide funding for the organization s activities negotiating the commercial contract of the sponsorship and ensuring that all partnered sponsorship arrangements are fulfilled.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to increase revenue and profitability.
  
• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential sponsors partners and donors.
  
• Negotiate sponsorship and partnership agreements.
  
• Develop and execute marketing and promotional campaigns to increase sponsor and partner visibility.
  
• Manage and track sponsorships and partnerships to ensure contractual obligations are met.
  
• Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to create effective sponsorship and partnership programs.
  
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness and ROI of sponsorship and partnership programs.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field
  
• 3 years of experience in business development sponsorship sales or related field
  
• Willing to work and be based in Abu Dhabi
  
• Willing to work for long working hours; including weekends when needed.
  
• Strong communication negotiation and networking skills
  
• Demonstrated track record of generating revenue through sponsorships and partnerships.
  
• Experience with project management and event planning.
  
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
