Job Description

We re looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive who can help us enhance our business activities. The candidate will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects whilst maintaining customer satisfaction. The goal is to meet and surpass the companys expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.

  • Zoho CRM data entry
  • Generate Zoho sales reports
  • Inform the team on following up with leads and contacts
  • Gather customer data and prepare a requirement document for the consultant to analyze.
  • Prioritize customer follow up and action items
  • Report on the sales pipeline
  • Have flexible availability to accommodate demos and requirement gatherings with the client
  • Refine internal company sales support process
  • Experience with Zoho Projects is a plus
  • Other responsibilities as needed will include other products such as ERP solutions and digital marketing in which the same principles would apply
  • The candidate must ensure that at least AED 50 000 is generated in sales on a monthly basis


Requirements

  • You will be required to report your work directly to an assigned personnel who will provide you with support and address any queries.
  • You will be required to be made available from 9 am to 6 pm and any other time deemed necessary by Nurture Spark the responsibility lies solely on the candidate to bring in work.
  • Nurture Spark reserves the right to cancel this job request with a twoweek notice clearing any pending invoices with the candidate.
  • The candidate must give a one month notice in order to discontinue with this contract ensuring all pending work items are addressed in full.
  • The candidate will be assigned a dedicated Nurture Spark email address a SIM card and a laptop to conduct day to day work this will be the sole responsibility for the candidate to ensure all company property is well maintained and used for the benefit of Nurture Spark.


Technical Skills: Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the software products you are selling, including features, benefits, and how they compare to competitors. Industry Knowledge: Awareness of industry trends, common pain points, and how your software solutions address these issues. Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical customers, and to understand the technical requirements of potential clients. CRM Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) such as Zoho to manage leads and track sales activities. Sales Skills: Prospecting: Identifying potential customers through research, networking, and lead generation strategies. Consultative Selling: Understanding the customer's needs and providing solutions tailored to those needs. Negotiation: Ability to negotiate terms and pricing to close deals that are beneficial for both the customer and the company. Closing Techniques: Mastery of various closing techniques to effectively secure sales. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate the value proposition clearly and persuasively. Active Listening: Listening to understand the customer's needs, concerns, and feedback. Relationship Building: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Empathy: Understanding and addressing the emotional and practical needs of customers. Data Analysis: Ability to analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to refine sales strategies. Problem-Solving: Quickly identifying and resolving issues that may arise during the sales process. Time Management: Efficiently managing time to balance prospecting, meetings, follow-ups, and administrative tasks. Pipeline Management: Keeping track of sales opportunities and ensuring a steady flow through the sales funnel. Learning Agility: Willingness and ability to learn new products, technologies, and sales techniques as the market evolves. Resilience: Handling rejection and setbacks positively and persisting to achieve sales targets. Presentation Skills: Delivering compelling presentations and demos to showcase the software's value. Team Collaboration: Working effectively with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to enhance the sales process.
