Purpose of the Job:

As a Regional Account Director youll spearhead the management of key strategic payment network relationships driving longterm profit and revenue growth through client strategies and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships
  • Spearhead implementation of regional strategic account plans
  • Line management of the Regional Account Manager
  • Maintain commercial awareness and market intelligence
  • Handle regional business reviews with clients
  • Matrix management of global commercial stakeholders
  • Set direction for regional account activities
  • Ensure alignment of operations with contractual agreements
  • Identify investigate and resolve issues
  • Negotiate contractual agreements
  • Coordinate responses to RFIs and RFPs
  • Monitor client revenues and profitability

Requirements:

  • Senior Account/Relationship management experience
  • Understanding of technology and operations
  • Experienced in complex contractual negotiations
  • Expert in building relationships with senior staff of bluechip organizations
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of competitive environments
  • High level of numeracy and computer literacy
  • Fluent in English additional languages preferred
