Assist with onboarding including communicating with candidates through the onboarding process, sending new hire information to new employees and tracking onboarding documents
Sending and tracking pre-employment screenings
Communicating with internal recruiting team and hiring managers on candidate’s onboarding status
Responsible supporting HR Operations team with managing Workday workflow
Making compensation changes in system including title, pay and department changes
Updating organizational charts
Assist managers, recruiters and HR Business Partners in initiating job changes
Act as internal expert on Workday workflow
Assist managers and Talent Acquisition team with onboarding
Support HR team with projects as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred) OR equivalent work experience; High School Diploma required
1+ years of HR support experience including onboarding
Workday WORKFLOW experience preferred
Knowledge of HR and compensation principles and practices
