Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the overall running of the sales team
Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the team and by assessing the teams’ strengths and weaknesses
Establishing productive and professional relationships
Liaise and develop professional relationships with the clients
Attend conferences and exhibitions when required to identify opportunities
Submit daily report to the CEO
Conduct weekly training with the team
Arrange visit to Developers for any business opportunities.
To undertake other duties as requested
