Job Description
Crypto News is an independent privately owned media company based in Dubai.
We started in 2015 as one of the early Bitcoin trade publications BTCMANAGER. Since then we have been dedicated to covering the markets tech businesses and culture that make up the crypto industry.
Were here to keep our readers informed and up to date with the latest crypto industry developments around the world. We are committed to delivering accurate objective and timely reporting going beyond the headlines to explain analyze and demystify this emerging sector.
Tasks
What youll be doing:
- Develop new templates for the website;
- Create and maintain a style guide;
- Design promotional banners article covers and other visual elements;
- Produce print materials for conferences (booth design brochures merchandise etc.);
- Create infographics and visualize complex data in a clear and appealing manner;
- Maintain a visual brand style and contribute to its development;
- Collaborate closely with various teams to produce timely content on trending topics;
- Regular maintenance and updating of a library of graphic elements (components icons fonts).
Requirements
What were looking for:
- At least 3 years of commercial experience as a graphic designer preferably in media or productfocused projects;
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma Photoshop Illustrator etc;
- Experience working with components in Figma;
- Strong skills in creating infographics and visualizing data;
- Knowledge of social media design and understanding of platformspecific formats (Instagram Twitter LinkedIn);
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with multitasking and tight deadlines;
- Familiarity with the cryptocurrency industry and willingness to quickly learn about it.
Nice to have:
- Experience with animation (videos interactive elements) is a plus.
