TITLE: Nursing Home Administrator(LNHA)Location: LaCrosse, WI

What they're looking for:

A bachelor's degree in Public Health Administration, Business Administration, or a health-related degree is preferred.

Possess one(1) or more years of experience as a nursing home administrator.

Must possess a current, unencumbered Nursing Home Administrators license in Wisconsin.

Hours and compensation potential:

Day shift, but I will have to handle some evenings.

The salary range is between 95K-125k depending on experience.

What you'll be doing:

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the facility by current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern long-term care facilities, as well as all company policies to assure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to the residents times.
• The administrator must also operate the facility to the facilities budget.
• You can expect that Position is located east of LaCrosse, WI and is a 40-bed facility.
• The company is a leading provider of short-term post-acute rehabilitation and long-term nursing care. Operate in multiple states and over 4K beds.
