Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, English, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a technical writer, preferably in the software or cloud computing industry.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies, such as Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS).
- Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear and concise language for a diverse audience.
- Proficiency with documentation tools and software, such as Markdown, XML, Adobe FrameMaker, Microsoft Word, and version control systems like Git and content management systems (CMS).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant industry certifications are highly desirable.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
