Responsible for assisting the account managers and sales teams to meet customers and shape technical proposals, etc.
Responsible for training, assisting and closing sales with the sales team. You will participate in very clear and fully validated leads - that will be done by the account manager and sales team.
You will be involved in account planning quarterly. And should have a relatively clear engagement plan with associated goals/KPIs
You will provide a costing approach to each project in terms of resources and this will be used by sales to build the commercial proposal.
You will be responsible for onboarding a delivery team into the project and helping manage their integration with the customer and their internal team.
The role will mean you need to be an expert in our internal products and our product strategy.
You will be expected to be aware of developments in the field and be capable at any time of describing the future with potential clients.
Responsible of reporting on projects risks, performance, etc
