Responsibilities
- Client Data Analysis: Collect and scrutinize data pertaining to the performance of potential client brands on Amazon and other online platforms.
- Potential Customer Audits: Design tailor-made audits that offer profound insights and analytics on crucial performance indicators.
- Task Management: Prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring organized project management and seamless operations.
- Strategy Execution: Collaborate with Account Directors and Managers to implement the overarching strategy.
- Amazon Expertise: Learn and stay updated with the latest trends on Amazon, including its competitive environment and new feature releases.
- Team Leadership: Spearhead team discussions, fostering a culture of active participation and knowledge exchange.
- Lead Generation: Source leads from qualified brands using tools like LinkedIn, Hubspot, and email marketing campaigns. Identify and attend conferences and other events to build relationships and company recognition
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership to devise a robust "action plan", pinpointing target companies and framing email drafts.
- Lead Nurturing: Employ a consistent approach to contact via phone, email, and chat to nurture and qualify leads originating from marketing endeavors.
- Account Management: Engage in research to develop both new and existing accounts, including adding contacts and maintaining regular email communication.
- Performance Goals: Consistently meet or surpass weekly and monthly targets encompassing outbound emails, contact acquisition, qualified opportunities, and successful business closures.
- Client Transition: Organize meetings to transition interested leads to the Business Development Manager.
- Process Enhancement: Familiarize, utilize, and contribute to the refinement of our lead generation process.
- Continuous Learning: Regularly attend training and informational sessions. Keep abreast of eCommerce industry developments, trends, ad formats, and innovative tools.
- Supporting Business Development: Aid the Business Development Manager in accumulating essential data for fresh client audits.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate robust relationships with both internal teams and external client groups.
