We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telesales Executive to join our team. As a Telesales Executive you will be responsible for generating sales through telephone communication building strong customer relationships and providing excellent customer service. You will play a key role in driving the companys sales targets by reaching out to potential customers promoting products or services and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
- Present and explain product features benefits and pricing to customers.
- Answer questions and handle objections in a professional manner.
- Achieve daily weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Keep accurate records of calls sales and customer information in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to meet company objectives.
- Stay uptodate on product knowledge and market trends.
