Position Title: Assistant to MD and COO – Admin
JPC: 3215
Location: Dubai
Language: Excellent in English, Arabic
Background Industry: Chemical Industry
Job Description
- Works with the COO & MD to establish and follow a financial plan to achieve the company’s financial goals, including tracking expenditures, revenues and staff productivity.
- Supports and advises the COO in decision-making
- Directs the company’s operations to meet budget and other financial goals
- Daily interaction with the staff of the CEO
- Bachelors/ Masters in Administration -5-6 years of experience in assisting (in similar market)
