Job Description
- Preferrable experience leading a change program across the MENA regiong, and ability to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the challenges of cultural change within a Middle East retail organisation.
- Previous experience in a similar role, across multiple retail transformation programs, with Tier 1 vendors and working with leading systems integrators.
- Strong experience in maximising the adoption and usage of new ERP Transformation systems and processes is a must.
- Strong experience and knowledge of change methodologies models, such as ACMP (CCMP Certification), Prosci, PCT AKDAR, APMG, Six Sigma etc., and demonstrate leading their application within a retail ERP Transformation environment, promoting latest best practice and ways of working to achieve desired business outcomes
- Arabic speaking would be preferred but is not essential
