Required
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- University degree in a Business, Finance, Economics, Law or Engineering discipline.
- 10+ years of sales, marketing, proposal management, product line, commercial operations and/or contract management experience in Oil and Gas market.
Preferred
- Applied Masters degree or MBA.
- Advanced MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint software.
- 10+ years of sales, Marketing, proposal management, Product Line, commercial operations and/or contract management experience in Oil and Gas market.

- Demonstrates understanding of the Oil and Gas Industry business environment, its market dynamics and impact to commercial business practices, oil and gas industry products and services application.

- Clear understanding of the principles of probability analysis, bidding concepts and financial analysis tools.
- Ability to explain complex issues and solutions to audiences of all levels of knowledge and seniority.
- Effective communicator (written and verbal) of commercial strategy and operational execution.
- Proactive with a desire to succeed and win business, balancing strategic and operational requirements with process rigour to support decision making.
- Market focused analytical decision maker and periodically audits business needs.
- Deep understanding of contracts negotiation and execution.
- Understanding and driving change in an effective manner where needed.
- Excellent IT competence and project management skills.
