Job Description

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in loyalty program management, preferably within the retail industry.
  • Proven track record of driving results through the design, implementation, and optimization of loyalty initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with loyalty program platforms, CRM systems, and data analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices governing loyalty programs and consumer data privacy.
