Excellent project management and organizational abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Familiarity with loyalty program platforms, CRM systems, and data analytics tools.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices governing loyalty programs and consumer data privacy.
