- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand client needs and objectives to brief internal teams
- Work on inspiring creative briefs that lead to awesome ideas / campaigns
- Work collaboratively with creative media and account planning teams
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Present campaign ideas and secure client approvals
- Oversee campaign execution and track performance
- Generate reports for social brand channels that agency handles
- Identify new business opportunities that can lead to proactive ideas
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communication or any related field.
- 34 years of relevant experience in a creative agency in the UAE.
- Proven ability to manage and deliver successful advertising campaigns (both online & offline).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and internal teams.
- Strong understanding of the advertising landscape including traditional media and digital marketing channels.
- Experience in developing creative briefs and collaborating with creative teams.
- Budget management skills.
- Project management skills to ensure campaigns are completed on time and within budget.
- Proficiency in English & Arabic.
- Knowledge of website design and functionality including landing pages.
- Experience managing social media campaigns (e.g. Facebook Instagram Twitter etc.).
- Understanding of social media advertising platforms and campaign creation.
- Experience with influencer marketing including identifying vetting and collaborating with relevant influencers.
