Job Summary:
As an international lawyer specializing in the negotiation and drafting of EMEA complex commercial contracts, you will play a pivotal role as a strategic business partner to both client-facing teams (sales, account management) and innovation departments (IT, Catalyst). Your primary focus will be to provide clear and actionable legal guidance, navigating the delicate balance between creativity in complex deal structures and adherence to the regulatory framework of a publicly listed company.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive end-to-end legal support and oversight for strategic accounts within diverse sectors and industries across the EMEA Geography;
- Offer direct legal support to sales teams in the acquisition of new clients within the region and negotiating with leaders of various industries and other strategic clients to support the growth of Concentrix;
- Draft, review, analyze various other commercial contracts as needed (DPAs, NDAs, consultancy, critical vendors…);
- Take ownership of all legal aspects related to identified IT and innovation initiatives, notably regulatory monitoring, support for go-to-market strategies and contractual support, by drafting IT commercial contracts for Concentrix, including subscription to SaaS/IaaS/PaaS solutions, on-prem software licenses, outsourcing, build, integration, maintenance, consulting, technical assistance, and other IT services agreements;
- Handle any litigation or pre-litigation related to the above clients or projects;
- Coordinate with the Data Protection Officer to facilitate the management of any data protection issues related to your projects in compliance with applicable privacy regulatory requirements;
- Deliver training sessions to Business teams and other relevant departments to raise awareness and support Legal NPS;
- Implement and update standard Group contractual documentation.
Requirements:
- 6 to 8 years of experience in multinational or cross-cultural environments (private practice experience preferred);
- Master’s / Postgraduate degree in law, with a specialization in IT Law, Personal Data, and/or International transactions;
- Bilingual in English, with additional languages preferred;
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively within legal frameworks and propose innovative yet compliant solutions;
- Strong aptitude for working under tight deadlines and adapting to evolving priorities;
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to provide precise and actionable legal advice;
- Previous experience in team management is required.
