This role supports individuals and teams who work in the Content Moderation space on highly sensitive content. Candidate will help deliver an employee wellbeing program and provide 1:1 counselling and group sessions to a multi-cultural team in a diverse environment.
Profile:
- Clinical, Counselling or Industrial Psychologist - at least Master's Degree
- Min 2-3 years clinical experience
- Additional certifications in a range of therapies beneficial
- Experience with innovation & strategy in wellness programs, preferably within a Corporate setting
- Content Moderation experience would be a big plus!
- Excellent communication skills
- Emphatic and pleasant manner, blending well with both teams & individuals
- Able to build required trust

Strategy:
- Drive initiatives to achieve healthy outcomes
- Evaluate program effectiveness and analyze data
- Driving Continuous Improvement Initiatives

Employee care:
Individually
- Conduct needs assessments/ psychometric assessments
- Monitor health of employees
- Conduct 1:1 counseling sessions to guide and coach the employees.
- Monitor employee’s progress on a regular basis to ensure that their needs are met by the course of action, and to adjust it if necessary.
- Manage clinical cases as appropriate
- Ensure appropriate escalation procedures in place
- Tracking all data
Group Workshops/Sessions
- Design activity-based, customized workshops based on the particular nature of the work:
- On how to maintain personal life balance, stress management, anger management, how to overcome depression, therapies, etc.
- To address common observations/issues
- Report on health outcomes of members
Reporting & Communications:
- Communicate with the global Wellness Team on a regular basis to discuss observations and insights
- Communicate with the Global Account Manager on a regular basis, agreeing format and cadence of reports, additionally attending any vendor forums
- Manage all communications to agents
- Manage dashboards and reports creation
- Report on health outcomes of members
- Managing personal confidential records and reports
