Bar Operations: Ensure bar is stocked and run according to the operational daily procedures, specified customer service levels, employee satisfaction, and HSSE guidelines.
Beverage preparation and Quality Control: Maintain the correct beverage preparation skills to ensure high standards of quality and service in line with JTG operating procedures and standards.
Store Services and Product Knowledge: Full knowledge of all store promotions, company services, bar products and takeaway menu items to successfully deliver them to all customers.
Customer Satisfaction levels: Continually look at understanding evolving customer requirements and satisfaction levels. Attend to guest special requirements.
Internal Communication and Coordination: Work closely with store management and staff to promote positive teamwork to run an efficient operation.
Daily and Weekly reports: Complete all bar related reports and checklists on time as required.
HSSE & Quality: Completion of bar checklists and relevant equipment to fulfil HSSE requirements for daily operation.
