Job Description
• Create high quality and original food to satisfy the customer.
• Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new recipes and preparation techniques.
• Monitor and control food costs while ensuring high-quality ingredients are used
• Manage and train kitchen staff, including line cooks and prep cooks.
Qualifications
• Experienced in making Mediterranean cuisines.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
