Oversee and drive online and offline marketing initiatives for the new model launch, integrating online channels (new media, social media, SEM/SEO), traditional media (ATL), public relations, and event activation.
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan and forecasts specifically targeted towards the launch of new models, aligning with corporate objectives.
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives, ensuring effective control of marketing budgets.
Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, including those for new models, assessing them against goals and customer retention.
Utilize data and insights to refine and optimize marketing strategies for maximum impact.
Adapt and execute global marketing initiatives for the local market
The Successful Applicant
Minimum Bachelor's degree from reputable university in Business Administration, Management, Economic, PR, Media Relation or related field
Minimum 15 years of working experience in an end to end marketing within the Senior Managerial levels, preferably in automotive, FMCG or tech industry
Stong expertise in marketing strategy, product knowledge, and brand awareness
Possess strong leadership skills in managing a big team,
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to work effectively and cooperatively with internal / external stakeholders
