The Role & Key Responsibilities: High-level strategic relationship building with counterparties and client presentations. Business planning with a view to developing proposed operations and their profitability. Reporting to the Board on operational progress and presenting plans for future activities. Motivating staff while managing costs in order to meet company targets. Remain abreast of compliance with the relevant regulatory requirements. Prime point of contact for external parties, including regulators, press, potential clients, market counterparties, etc.
