Job Description
- Lead the execution of capital projects, ensuring they align with the defined scope, schedule, and budget.
- Manage the team within your unit responsible for project execution, offering guidance and directives to ensure successful project completion.
- Utilize your expertise in Petrochemical projects to provide appropriate actions and guidance to the team in all project phases.
- Provide technical and project management oversight across the entire project lifecycle, including design, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, startup, and project closeout.
- Ensure timely resolution of project issues that may arise during any phase of project development.
- Implement safety measures to ensure the safe execution of projects.
- Implement company initiatives within projects and divisional business processes.
- Be fully familiar with the company's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and work towards achieving them for projects within your division.
- Prepare and review monthly project performance reports that detail the status of design, material procurement, construction, milestones, commitments, payments, charges, variances from standards, waivers, and problems, and present these reports to higher management.
- Anticipate and plan for changes in project scope, timing, or costs, and prepare the necessary documentation for management approval.
- Allocate appropriate manpower to all parts and phases of the project.
- Ensure that each division employee is assigned appropriate training and development paths.
