HR Program & Operations
The role will be part of the Global HR for HR team and contribute to driving key talent priorities, strategic HR programs and initiatives to create a culture where our people feel empowered, engaged and excited.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Provide support in the execution of strategic talent programs and initiatives. Work with HR team to understand and support talent priorities and talent programs
- Produce consolidated project status reporting and review project status and proactively identify issues; address risks and concerns.
- Provide continuous improvement to processes, tools and metrics based on ongoing experience, process metrics and feedback from other stakeholders, to drive further efficiencies in the organization
- Work collaboratively with other HR teams; Service Delivery teams, MU HR teams, COEs, Enterprise Insights and Reporting teams and the broader CF HRBP team to bring the best of Accenture to solve complex challenges
- Must have a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Skills & Work Experience
Must have:
- Strong communication skills
- Strong ability to analyze and interpret results
- Proficient in MS Excel & Power Point
- Program Operations
- Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
- Knowledge of HR core concepts, processes, procedures and policies
- Good to have:
- Will be working with a global team, so conference calls may be outside of standard working hours
- Understanding of graduate analyst programs such as TAP, HR Academy, etc.
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a matrixed organizational setting
- Proven ability to work independently
- Advanced communication and strong interpersonal skills
