Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level Human Resources support to managers and employees.
- Assist in employee relations activities by investigating and resolving issues.
- Participate in country Human Resources activities such as recruiting, training, payroll support, onboarding, and separation.
- Manage data and documentation handling at the local level.
Requirements:
- Students in their 3rd or 4th year of Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
- Advanced level of English proficiency.
- Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
- Previous internships in HR are desirable.
- Ideally familiar with Power BI or Tableau.
- Interest in developing within the Human Resources field.
- Skills: Proactivity, Innovation, Leadership, Communication at all levels, Organization, Customer Orientation, and Teamwork.
