Qualifications
Experience in talent acquisition, on-boarding, and employee relations
Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and regulations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in HRIS, payroll, and other HR software
Experience in the retail industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
