Conduct new hire orientation sessions, and plan, organize and direct new employee training.
Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions
Customizing content and design training modules focused on defined competencies and the audience requirements
Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with Line managers, amend and revise programs content as necessary, in order to adapt to the changes that occur in the work environment.
Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals.
Manage and deliver training sessions on technical, functional and behavioral subjects.
Identify training and development needs through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with leadership, managers and relevant stakeholders.
Liaise with Line Managers and interviewing employees at all levels to identify and assess training and development needs
Requirements
2- 3 years of experience in L&D, preferably in Leisure, Entertainment or Hospitality
Ability to learn, teach, and effectively use writing/authoring tools such as Word, PowerPoint, Prezi and Articulate and Adobe or comparable development tools is required.
Excellent command of English and Arabic language.
ID Design Certification -preferred
Advanced relationship management skills – demonstrated through experience in influencing staff and leaders at all levels.
