Responsibilities and Duties
• Reporting to the Divisional Manager for the cost analysis of individual projects & overheads and for preparing the External Budget Report.
• Assist the project manager in financial control of various construction projects.
• Participating in the project kick off meeting with the successful bidder after contract award to discuss and agree project milestones
• Quantity take-off and preparation of tender and contract documents
• Preparation of Bills of Quantities with the architect and/or the client
• Preparing and analysing costing for tender purposes.
• Preparation of Budget, Provisional and Estimated cost as per the conditions of the contract.
