Job Description
Role requires leading all the below segments -
- Project Registration/ Oqood registration of units with DLD.
- Sales documentation – timely and error free completion and record management of sales documentation.
- Customer Relation management – Ensuring clients queries or concerns are addressed within timelines and maintain high client satisfaction.
- Collections – Ensuring timely collections for all projects and timely escalation/action taken to optimize collection rate.
- Handover Management
- Escrow account management.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of leading all the segment of administration listed above with mid or large size developers.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively and efficiently.
- Problem solver and well organized
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication skills
- Thorough understanding of DLD regulations.
