We are on the lookout for a dynamic digital advertising specialist to join our fastgrowing team.
Growe welcomes those who are excited to:
- Develop and execute digital advertising strategies with a strong focus on Google Ads Manager (PPC) for brand promotions in digital/social media casino and sports verticals.
- Monitor campaigns daily and report on performance analytics audience metrics and data.
- Seek new business opportunities based on acquisition performance.
- Analyze campaigns report ROI results and devise forward strategies.
- Configure trackers technically and work with postback.
- Negotiate and finalize deals in line with company guidelines and policies.
- Continuously develop new ideas and opportunities.
Key Requirements:
- A positive and proactive attitude.
- 3 years of experience running paid ad campaigns with Google PPC being mandatory; experience with other traffic sources is a plus.
- Knowledge of the Sports & Casino industry would be beneficial.
- Account management or similar relationship management experience required.
- Highly organized selfsufficient and selfmotivated.
- Extremely numerate with an excellent understanding of cost control.
- Sales negotiation and problemsolving skills.
- Experience with the Publisher network is essential.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal written and presentational).

- Additional experience in running paid ad campaigns on platforms other than Google PPC.
