Provide personal banking solutions, complete customer registration activities, manage day-to-day interactions with new customers, identify and act on new sales opportunities and relationship development opportunities in accordance with agreed policies, processes and service standards in order to deliver superior service, build and grow the assigned corporate portfolio and achieve agreed objectives in Service and business..
Required profile of candidates
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in a financial institution or service industry
• Bachelor’s degree in related specialty
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Time management skills with the ability to set priorities and multi-task, interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge and experience in the service industry
• Experience in banking operations
