Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and courteous manner
Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Provide excellent customer service to clients, guests, and colleagues
Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management
