Your Role
The Manager Human Resources will be responsible for the day-to-day HR operations including recruitment employee relations performance management training & development and compliance. This role ensures that HR processes are efficient and aligned with organizational goals supporting a positive work culture while ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing interviewing and hiring for open positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent requirements and job descriptions.
- Oversee the onboarding process ensuring a seamless transition for new employees.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns fostering a positive work environment.
- Manage employee relations issues ensuring timely resolution of conflicts or grievances.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and implement improvement initiatives based on feedback.
3. Performance Management
- Oversee the performance management process ensuring employees goals align with organizational objectives.
- Support managers with employee appraisals performance reviews and development plans.
- Ensure performance feedback is given consistently and address any performance issues proactively.
4. Compensation & Benefits Administration
- Assist in the development and administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure competitive salary structures and benefits packages that attract and retain talent.
- Monitor payroll processes and ensure timely and accurate disbursements.
5. Learning & Development
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs to enhance employee skills.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and measure ROI for employee development.
- Support career development initiatives and encourage continuous learning.
6. HR Compliance & Policy Implementation
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws internal policies and regulations.
- Update and communicate HR policies to ensure alignment with legal and organizational standards.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in accordance with compliance requirements.
7. HR Reporting & Analytics
- Generate HR reports on key metrics such as turnover hiring performance and employee satisfaction.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist in preparing HR reports for senior management.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 68 years of experience in human resources with hands-on experience in recruitment employee relations and HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices including labor laws and compliance.
