1- Knows about house and landscape maintenance, is pro-active about managing buildings and infrastructure, and can identify whether companies are carrying out the work correctly
2- Knowledgeable about house cleaning, house organization, & laundry, in order to supervise and correct the staff
3- Able to monitor staff performance of their duties, in multiple locations
4- Ability to coordinate with other companies in a timely manner
