To ensure that the staff accommodation is well secured, and staff are accommodated as per the Human Resources Policy and as per their entitlements.
To ensure that all the assets of the staff accommodation, which includes the building, furniture; equipment and operating equipment are well maintained.
To ensure that high level of cleanliness and hygiene is maintained at all times in the accommodation.
Exercises authority vested, concerning the security, room allocation and cleanliness of the accommodation.
To employ maximum supervision towards the external cleaners, security officers and contractors within the premises.
Ensures a regular and timely submission of Accommodation Occupancy Report and any other assigned reports to Director of Talent & Culture.
Qualifications
Average reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
Must be well presented and professionally groomed at all times
Good communication and customer contact skills; good problem resolution skills
Team player with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
