We are looking for a Sales executive for a Retail Optical Store at Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh.
- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
- To handle customer complains and solve the issues with their vision problem.
- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Answer customers questions about lenses, specs & Sunglasses Cross-sell products.
- Help the visitor select the best-fit product.
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers.
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services.
- Supervise and maintain proper condition of all equipment, fixtures, and machinery in the Store.
- Ensure that customers are attended properly while choosing frames and lenses.
Requirements
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required).
- Candidate must have Optical sales experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill.
- Should be target-oriented.
- Must have good knowledge of Brands & optical frames.
- Capable of independently handling the entire store whenever needed.
