Job Description
Daily support for VTS software and associated hardware.
Maintain Daily, Weekly, Monthly preventive checks for the entire VTS system for performance assurance.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hardware and equipment and supervise contract-based installations.
Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex VTS system (Software, AIS,RADAR, VHF, CCTV, and meteorological sensors.).
Document instances of hardware failure, repair, installation, and removal.
