Administrative Support:
- Generate reports regarding manpower and financial utilization to assist in budgeting and forecasting purposes.
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Professional Experience Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or a related field are a plus.
- 6+ years experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
Skills:
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and supervisory skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong capabilities in Excel.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Experience with servicing C-suite level guests and high dignitaries preferred.
- Willingness to work irregular hours (weekends and afterhours on weekdays) on an ad-hoc basis preferred.
