Roles & Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair kitchen equipment, including ovens, fryers, grills, refrigerators, and dishwashers.
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment, identifying and resolving mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems.
Order and replace necessary parts and components, coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery.
