Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred (Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience may be considered).
Minimum 6+ years of proven experience as a Senior HR Generalist in the construction, development, or contracting industry.
Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Deep understanding and practical application of UAE labor laws and regulations, particularly those specific to the construction, development, and contracting sector.
Extensive experience with recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and visa processing in the construction industry.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to handle complex HR issues.
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficient in HR software and systems, including industry-specific HR solutions for construction companies.
Collaborative and team-oriented approach with a passion for building strong relationships within the organization.
