Work with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives and prepare a detailed project plan.

Evaluate business solutions for corporate bank, asset and liability management requirements and assist the project team in solution exercise by arranging meetings and presentations of vendor solutions.

Handle and communicate with the bank's technology teams including core development, infrastructure setup, API integration, application support, architecture review and vendor partners to finalize the end-to-end technology solution.

Conduct detailed effort analysis with internal and external teams to determine budget and resource requirements for the project and request project funding.

Identify project risks and prepare mitigation plans to address risks.
.
Conduct daily meetings to track and monitor the implementation of project activities with external and internal stakeholders to ensure they are implemented according to plan and in accordance with business requirements.

Coordinate system integration testing and user acceptance testing to ensure full testing, verification and acceptance of the product by end users.
.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders and highlight anticipated issues or project risks in a timely manner.
.
Perform administrative tasks including handling purchases, vendor payments and cash management for the project.
.
Manage project stakeholders including business, operations, development, and technical support teams and achieve project objectives.

Manage a seamless transition of system and business services to production and handover to operations.
.
Adherence to information security policies, procedures and standards.
