Assess training needs to implement and monitor training programs
Reporting to management and providing support in decision making through HR standards
Ensure legal compliance in all aspects of human resources management
Required profile of candidates
Proven work experience as an HR Manager or other HR executive
People oriented and passionate about achieving results
Demonstrable experience in HR standards
Knowledge of human resources systems and their databases
Ability to design a strategy combined with leadership skills
Excellent active listening skills and excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Proficiency in building and managing interpersonal relationships effectively at all levels in the company
Deep knowledge of labor law and best practices in the field of human resources
