Responsibilities
• Control staff scheduling and labor cost
• Ensure proper implementation of schedules and job descriptions
• Follow up and control standard operating procedures
• Prepare staffing renewal and replacement plans
• Update sales dashboard and provide monthly reporting
• Conduct menu engineering and control inventories
• Develop sales targets and implement marketing plan
• Implement service flow and standards
• Train and evaluate staff performance
• Assist in hiring and training of staff
