Specializing in discretionary trading in fixed income and FX markets the firm recently introduced a Digital division for crypto strategies. With 1000 employees including 300 investment professionals the firm operates in major financial hubs worldwide including Abu Dhabi.
As Executive Assistant youll be pivotal in coordinating meetings managing calendars and handling travel logistics including bookings and itinerary preparation. Youll support fellow Assistants manage expenses and handle various ad hoc administrative tasks showcasing adaptability in a dynamic environment.
Were looking for a dynamic individual experienced in diary management and administrative roles proficient in Microsoft Office with strong organizational and multitasking skills. A positive attitude excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle complex schedules and travel arrangements are crucial. Proficiency in English is required and knowledge of Arabic is a plus. Familiarity with financial markets and the capacity to work efficiently under pressure are essential.
