As the Head of Design you will play a pivotal role in guiding the design team and shaping the overarching design strategy for the organization. This position demands a visionary thinker with a profound grasp of user experience brand identity and the distinctive challenges and prospects presented by the dynamic industry in which we operate. The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrable history of steering design teams a genuine enthusiasm for emerging technologies and a discerning eye for groundbreaking concepts.
Tasks
Responsibilities:
- Lead creative direction and foster innovation within the design team to align with the organizations brand and goals.
- Supervise UX/UI design creating engaging experiences for techrelated products.
- Develop and maintain the organizations visual identity and brand strategy.
- Infuse blockchain and tech design principles into UI/UX.
- Collaborate with product teams for seamless integration of techrelated design elements.
- Streamline design processes for efficiency and adherence to industry best practices.
- Mentor and support the professional growth of design team members.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or masters degree in graphic design Interaction Design or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading design teams preferably in a progressive tech or fintech environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects encompassing web and mobile applications.
- Indepth understanding of usercentered design principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite Sketch Figma or equivalent.
- Familiarity with blockchain technology and the tech landscape.
