Job Description

Requirement:

  • Should be good at Time Management & Multi-tasking
  • Should be commanding with the ability to monitor and control the commercial team and the activities related to it
  • Ability to analyze and negotiate commercial contracts
  • Should be Tech-Savvy
  • Must have experience of min. 2 years in FMCG, Hospitality
  • Overall, 5 to 8 years of experience

Salary:

  • Salary Negotiable with ESOPs

Responsibilities:

  • Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
  • Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close.
  • Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
  • Meets accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  • Confirms financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses; coordinating the collection, consolidation, and evaluation of financial data; preparing special reports.
  • Maintains accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts; defining accounting policies and procedures.
  • Bill booking, Ledger reconciliation, Payment follow up and receipt entry
  • Preparing report related to Balance Sheet e.g. EBIETA, Budget Control, Investor details, Sales & Fill rate
  • Responsible for Accounts payable & Accounts Receivables.
  • Responsible for taxation and statutory compliance
  • Scrutinizing all types of ledgers.
  • Coordination with banks and Financial Institution
  • Working capital management
  • Ensure the accurate and timely processing of positive pay transactions.
  • Ensure the monthly and quarterly Bank Compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide training to new and existing staff as needed.
